Wow - beautiful! This has a wonderful atmosphere, and that dragon looks great and has quite a lot of movement and dynamics (I always loved that dragon >.>).
I also like the composition - and the face and hands above quite add something to it, but I don't know how to describe what it is. It is like - the dragon is beautiful and dynamic. But with the above character, this picture starts to tell a story, or give hint that there is some more story to it.
